For their 9th and latest independent tour, Valentiger made use of normally wasted daylight. They set to produce live cuts from Power Lines To Electric Times via remote locations in a song-per-city fashion. Armed with a USB-powered interface, a 2002 PowerBook G4, condenser microphones and a video camera, the band was able to record themselves acoustically, anywhere, in any city.

The idea arose from discussion during an interview with The Grand Rapids Press in their hometown, Michigan. They put forth the premise that if a song is well written, it should be able to hold its own in any situation, with almost any instrument. With their newest release containing 11 tracks and its supporting tour having the same number of dates, they set to test the theory.

This video series captures a journey of truly unique performances from the Valentiger vagrants as they travel Waffle House to laundromat, playing Autoharp to Harmonium.
